Everyone who books a room must be a member and has to call Elayna directly at the office to book reservations. The prices have changed so please, do not send payments to the main office without confirmation. Checks mailed with no prior confirmation will not be accepted. We have limited availability, anyone who has participated in this event in the last calendar year has their room reserved up until March 3rd, 2023 (8 weeks from Now ). Failure to provide full payment upon that date will result in the room being released. We will have ride and golf tickets for purchase as well at a later date.
