The following Non-Medical Limits apply to the Single Premium Plan: 0 to 40 years of age: $25,000; 41 to 60 years of age: $20,000; 61 to 70 years of age: $10,000; 71 to 80 years of age: $5,000.

The following Face Amount Limits apply to the Single Premium Plan: 0 to 40 years of age: $25,000; 41 to 60 years of age: $20,000; 61 to 70 years of age: $20,000; 71 to 80 years of age: $10,000.

This Certificate accrues Cash Value immediately, the value of which can be requested at the forfeiture of the Certificate.
